So after stressing myself out by testing too early and after seeing the BFN I’d almost convinced myself it had certainly failed… and had been preparing for it not working and planning our next steps.
But then again some of my symptoms were giving me hope still (needing to wee a lot, discharge and really really sore boobs) so I persevered and continued testing.
Then on Monday I saw the faintest of lines appear - I couldn’t stop staring at the test and squinting and holding it in every which way to see if my eyes were deceiving me. Over the last two days the line has got stronger so I couldn’t resist popping into Boots to buy a digital test when I was in London yesterday and low and behold it was a BFP!
My one and only embryo (with a day 2 transfer) is a little fighter! 🌈
I’m excited and terrified in equal measure and despite having had a MC at 6 weeks in June I can’t help but let my mind wonder and get ahead of myself!
OTD is tomorrow so will be calling the clinic to get my 7 week scan booked in and praying I make it to the scan this time! 🙏
Just want to say a huge thank you to this community for all the support you’ve given me so far!
