my tests came early so that it I’m officially a mad person again! 🙈🤪 I’m 6dp5ft actual test day is day 10 Saturday
To save me the heartache of squinting at lines I decided to start with a digital this round. Obviously I will obsessively test for the next few days and hope this isn’t a chemical like my last few (can’t help it you would be as well telling me not to breathe at this point) but does anyone know if it’s at all likely this is the trigger shot that’s being picked up?
I took the trigger at 10.30pm on Wednesday 23rd of august so almost a full 13 days ago. It was ovitrielle 250. I’m not sure how sensitive these digital ones are I can’t seem to find it on the box.

I had a similar wait for test date but so many others on here are much shorter. I know it's fraught with anxiety given what you've been through but for this time round, I think you have every reason to hope!
So it’s 10days after transfer for my test day so one of the shorter waits this time (once I had 16 days with a FET!) but my trigger was 36 hours before egg collection and then transfer was 5 days after that so it totally confused me too how long since trigger lol xx
Hi there.I triggered with ovitrelle 250 and tested to see if it was gone 8 days after I triggered and it was gone so I def think this is a positive.Congratulations.xx

I know I just said that to my wife, there’s not anything g more we can hope for at this stage just need to take one step at a time as we know what can happen either way 🤞🏽🫣 xx
Thank you! I wish I had did this properly too and made sure it was gone as then I wouldn’t be wondering about it now 🙈 I did do a FRER a few days ago that had a tiny line that I assume was evap line as I got it on Amazon a while ago (they are terrible lately for those) or the last of the trigger xx

My clinic will just tell me I shouldn’t have tested until Saturday and to try again then 🤣 that’s always been their standard response to me the nurses are brilliant and just roll their eyes at me when I tell them I test early they do normally do a wee check in call on day 7 or 8 so I might ask about the trigger then and hopefully they don’t give me the usual lecture lol. OMG 🥰 sooo exciting! I have everything crossed and sending all the positive vibes for your wee 4AB to stay stuck. I totally know the craziness feeling with testing. It’s impossible not to. I found the first response good to see lines getting darker but also did digital ones.
The lack of progression just stressed me out with the digital ones so I did both 😂 obv once the digital days progressed it was more positive.

I normally only do FRERs until test day but you can’t get them the now except for on Amazon and they are a bit dodgy with false positives (apparently the Amazon ones are either fakes or first response has made a cheap batch) so I’ve steered clear this time as they were causing me extra stress last round! I’ve ordered some boots pink dye ones so will probs start on them for progression of it sticks about for a few days nearer test day 🤞🏽either way I’m defo past the point of calm 🙈 god I’m so rubbish at this whole 2WW stuff !!! Xx
Yeah did a boots one yesterday had a postive not strong but definite and did another digital this morning still says positive it’s the weeks one and it said 1-2 weeks (which is right I think for 8dpt?) I don’t have any dye ones so ordered some of those as I think I need to see some kind of line progression after all lol xx

Thanks lovely for checking in 🤗💜 still positive so far…my pink dye ones didn’t arrive on time in the post so it was weeks indicator I done has moved to 2-3 weeks thankfully which would be right (as 4+1 today) so I can’t really ask for more at this stage had this before though that didn’t end well so still only cautiously optimistic xx
This is such amazing news and definitely more positive that the weeks are progressing. Hopefully you’re feeling a bit more relieved seeing that today. What day do you call the clinic? Do they do bloods or just wait for viability scan at 7 weeks? Got everything crossed for the wee one to keep nestled in happily and growing. Delighted for you🥰 hope you’re doing ok xx
thanks lovely 😊 I was relived a little. We just email our clinic the result and then they book us in for. Scan in about 4 weeks time, so about 8 weeks. I haven’t emailed them yet though as the last few times I have I’ve then lost it and the scan letter was already coming in the post and I got it and it just added insult to injury…. So holding off for a few more days to check it’s still progressing and in case that jinxes it lol, I’m in complete denial that this is gonna be okay 🙈 xx

Oh that’s reassuring! 15dpt yeah I messaged them on Monday as day 10 was test day but I didn’t even message until day 12 as wasn’t convinced it would stay but the positive is still showing. I really hope I’m just being paranoid 🤞🏽
Aww wow 23 weeks now that’s amazing 🤩 and the most fun part if I remember correctly when the spewing stops but the heartburn and sleepless nights aren’t yet too bad 🤗 is it a Christmas baby for you then? Xx
In the early days symptoms come and go. During my last pregnancy (after 8 years of infertility) I sent myself mental over loss of symptoms, I even rang the EPU at 6 weeks to tell them I had lost symptoms and to beg them to book me in. They wouldn't see me because it's normal for symptoms to come and go.
All was well and I have a beautiful 22 month old. I'm 18 weeks pregnant again and thankfully a little more relaxed this time but I still had moments in the early weeks that I worried about symptoms, for instance my breasts had no tenderness at all until 7 weeks, absolutely nada and people usually say this is their main symptom.
Pregnancy after loss or infertility is hard and that wait for the first scan is torturous but it sounds like everything is going as it should be! Don't worry about the lack of symptoms it's normal for any variation at this stage and of course huge congratulations!

It’s where my mind went first though how bad is that 🙈 can never believe things even when written in black and white! I thought I was too scared to test this morning then the postman put the boots box through the letterbox a day early and up the stairs I ran 😂🤣🙈🙈
I’m sure it won’t be. I thought it was 10 days max, and aren’t the clear blue less sensitive than some other tests? I think it’s different on the strips where you can get a faint line but Surely there couldn’t be enough left to cause a positive on a digital!
My tests actually arrived this evening but I’m going to hold out till Thursday I think. I’m totally panicking as I haven’t really had any symptoms and I’m normally dashing to have a wee more frequently 🙈 I’ve also been really ill with a viral chest infection so I’m just worried my body isn’t going to accept my little embryo while I’m ill 😢
So I’m hoping for the best 🤞🏻💕but trying to prepare myself xxx
ahh exciting! At 13 days post, I’d be shocked if it was a trigger but keeping everything crossed for you for over the next few days that the tests get stronger 🤞🏽🤞🏽🤞🏽🍀🍀🍀 I always assumed digitals were less sensitive so hopefully this is going in the right direction - so pleased for you xx
Thanks lovely, that’s really helpful, I think my mind is a bit eased that it is at least not the trigger 😮💨 as like you said it’s a digital one and if there was some left I am not sure it would still show in that maybe just a really sensitive test … I was convinced earlier it was defo that as couldn’t believe my eyes, I’m thinking from everyone’s responses it sounds unlikely! Hopefully this is the one that sticks around 🤞🏽🤞🏽🤗💜
Congratulations, hopefully it's not the trigger, I've never tested that early so I can't give you advice but hopefully you get more good news in a few days, I've only tested on day 9 or later, I wish you all the best🤞🤞
congratulations! I had this same worry when I tested 7dp5dt. I looked into ovitrelle and on their website it says it can cause a positive test up to 10 days after. And if you are 13 days after then I think you’re good!

I’m going to try to hold out 😅 This is my first transfer so I’m a bit naive to it all and how I should or shouldn’t be ‘feeling’ right now so have no idea whether I’m showing any signs it’s worked or not, which is kinda stressing me out a little just trying to stay positive and hope for the best 🤞🏼❤️
That’s great, I think I remember managing to hold out the first time too, before I was a mad women 😂 the symptom spotting really does nothing in my experience, but of course I still do it!, the hormones we are on just cause so many similarities to pregnancy as does a period starting it’s nearly impossible to figure it all out! Thanks it was still positive today on a boots test so I’m gonna say it’s defo not the trigger 14 days later on a cheaper test thank goodness…but just need to see if it progresses this time 🤞🏽 but at least for now it’s all I can ask for xx

Big Congratulations 🥳 I see your anxious ie symptoms- as someone who has been pregnant 8 times now ( 3 live children-2 with my husband that was a lot struggle and heartache to have and I am now currently 3 weeks 5 days) symptoms do come and go as body gets "used" to pregnancy hormones and when hormones surge so will you get symptoms. When we finally fell after 7 years TTC with our first I was very anxious and relied on solely symptoms to know if things were ok so I totally get the fear 😨 Early weeks are so very tough even more after struggles & losses the only way to survive it is one day at a time🤗. Hopefully your little boy will keep you nice and busy and make days go faster! I know my girls do 😂 Hopefully it'll be your viability scan will be here before you know it and will offer much needed reassurance 🤗 and remember every pregnancy/baby has been through the early point and are ok Xx
Oh thank you for the reassurance and congratulations to you too on your positive test 🤗 I know I never had sore boobs etc with my wee boy until later on and I have had symptoms with losses so it means nothing but it’s the fact they came and then went that’s freaking me out a little and of course my raging paranoia 🤪🤣 xx
Thank you early days but ☝🏻 It is brutal being after losses ( been there) every pregnancy will be differed! Just to keep us on our toes 😂 Could clinic or GP do some blood tests to check HCG to put your mind at ease? I have seen others get them done. The wait to 7 week scan is harder than 2WW ( that's how I feel- I get extra scans due to being under MC specialist) I hope some symptoms return with a vengeance!🤗 And you can get bloods done ☝🏻 I can remember my last loss being at EPU and as it was Covid policies my husband wasn't allowed and I kid you not the specialist said " why are you crying?! You've already got 2 children!" It was only a few months after losing our daughter at 20 weeks. I couldn't believe it came from another women . Xx
Goodness me! How heartless 😢 yeah I might need to beg someone for blood tests or do the medichecks tests next week if the anxiety hasn’t calmed then as our clinic scans at 8 weeks and sometimes it’s closer to 9 weeks so quite long to live in limbo land! Xx
Completely heartless and irrelevant-- doesn't matter how many children you have doesn't make losing a baby less painful.
That's a really long wait. I understand they have to and should wait till 7 weeks to ensure you will see a heartbeat. In that case I would definitely get bloods done so you be put at ease. This an important time for you and you don't need to feel anymore anxious than is possible. Put you first. It is tough when you've had losses. 🥲
One day at a time it will pass 🤗 every baby has been at this more vulnerable point and many survive 🤗 previous losses don't mean you can't have a successful pregnancy. ( Tho they do give us fear )All the best hope it all goes smoothly for you Xx
