Advice on nk cell testing and results

below are my nk cell results; has any one had a bfp with similar results? Waiting for my consultant to interpret them but curious…

Hiya, my NK results were borderline, yours look slightly elevated. My consultant decided to put me on steroids and it resulted in a bfp. Not sure if this is helpful, but thought I'd share. All the best! ✨

Best be guided by your clinic/fertility doctor as doctors often interpret the results based on their clinic's 'normal' range and their clinical and professional experience.

Your 50:1, 25:1 are higher than they like. The reference range isn't applicable for these. They like 50:1 below 15 ideally. But around 20 is usually ok, so it's not super high. Your overall count of NK is also high (which is the CD56), and so is the NK activity / autoimmune activity.

The Th1 / th2 is all good. Hopefully prednisone will bring your NKs down for you! I have the same issue with high NK cell activity constantly xx
