3rd try BFN, test day tomorrow. To continue medications tomorrow morning or not?

Hi ladies,

This is our 3rd transfer (2nd frozen) and I tested this morning and we got BFN. This was our last euploid embryo from a year of batching and I have been feeling all day like a truck hit me.

😞 feeling sick to my stomach but not sure because of the empty feeling or high level of progesterone which has been doubling every 2nd day of testing in TWW (Sunday was 461)…

I have a quick question for you lovlies pls. If the lining has been very good and progesterone increasing and doubling almost, does it mean that the embryo was a poor quality? Is that why BFN?

Second, do I continue taking the medications until blood results come tomorrow? It’s just I am high on progesterone and dont know if it’s worth it now that I know it’s negative. Is it done?

Thank you so much for your thoughts, I am still numb with gut pain which only negative tests bring after a TWW wait of sore boobs, cramps, 6 am prontogest schedules and making sure you have created the right space for your baby to be…☹️😢

hi, I’m sorry you are going through this. I also got a BFN tonight and it’s devastating but it is important that you keep going with medication until test day and test again on OTD. I know how horrible this is, I went through 3 failed transfers before I got success and now I’ve started again, the pain is still the same with a BFN. Sending hugs and support x

Best keep taking your meds till you find out otherwise. Make sure you have people around you to offer support and keep talking to your other half.
