Cramps

Hi everyone.

Im not too sure what im going through.

I ovulated on the 12th day

Been having mild cramps for the past 4/5 days.

Im still in my day 20 of my 28 day cycle. What exactly is going on?

Can it be inplantation cramps? Or am i getting ahead of myself and preparing for a huge let down when my period comes

Hi Orchid/ I doubt it is caused by implantation, as a developing embryo is far too timy to cause pain. If it is a regular occurance, then perhaps have a chat with your GP to check you out. Good luck! Diane
