Side effects of Stimulation.

Dear All.

What are the side effects if the ivf stimulation? Long term and short term? I was on birth control microgynon for 3 years in the past and I developed migraine which I never have had before. So my sister was on the same birth control and she has got same migraine situation as me.

Hi Madeline. Women get all different side effects from IVF meds.Me personally on OCP I get headaches and depression. It also upsets my stomach for a few weeks when I first take it.

I’ve used syneral to down regulate also and never notice too much from that

The only side effects i get from stimming is some abdominal bloating and fullness / twinges and some tiredness but everyone is so different in their response to all the different meds

I’ve not had any long term issues once the cycle is over. I hope this helps.
