What a rollercoaster after a week ago being on absolute cloud 9 and finally being pregnant! It’s so cruel.. so disappointing and almost feels like too much to start all over again.. sending everyone going through this hope and love (and maybe a lottery win!) X x

Hi Char. Oh dear, so sorry to hear this, and I hope you've got plenty of support around you just now. Once you feel up to trying again, then ask about using low dose soluble aspirin and/or heparin to hopefully help prvent any clot formation and ensure good blood flow to your womb and its lining, if not tried before. Just a thought. Thinking of you. Diane

Hi Diane, thank you for your support and for that suggestion. We’re speaking to our Doctor next week so I’ll definitely ask about this going forward. Have a lovely weekend ahead x x

HiSo sorry to hear about this.

Please read my bio. I hippie something I did can help you because I truly believe the ERA and Clexane for a rare during issue are the missing pierces of my puzzle. Don't accept "it's bad luck or chromosomal issues" I don't believe in bad luck! My embryos were pgs normal so no excuse for them ending in chemical! Xx I'm here if you have any questions

Thank you so much for your reply, I’m definitely going to look into this for my next transfer, wishing you all the best and I’ll be in touch with any questions :) x x

Mine were pgs tested and I miscarried at 6 weeks. What did you add into the mix? I’m awaiting test results as I’ve had 3 miscarriages. Many thanks xx

I’m so so sorry to read this, I’ve been reading your updates and was really hopeful for you. I just saw your timeline and you’ve been through so much, I can not imagine. No one understands the trials of IVF and infertility, it’s like an endurance race and you’ve shown how f£&king strong you are. I really hope you’ll get the outcome you deserve, I know of women your age having success so if you want to carry on I really think you should. Sending you so much love and good energy. If you need a chat please reach out xxx

Hi Char2383 .. I also transferred 2 x AA blasts this cycle... did beta yday and confirmed chemical pregnancy again. 4 rounds of ivf later .. so frustrating. Anyways my doctor rang me yday. She has advised I don't need an ERA as I'm getting implantation most months, but I do need an Emma and Alice test to rule out low grade infections. I also did do the Chicago bloods a few months back so was on aspirin, clexane, steroids and intralipids for this round but again wasn't enough. I now am going on plaquenil, humera, and IVIG before next cycle. And I can't transfer anything until my immunes are well below the trequired thresholds .. as we are effectively just wasting good embryos at the minute. However, we unfortunately have had to go through all this in order to get the medications I need, as these are high tech prescriptions so not given out willy nilly. ... wishing u the very best of luck and I'm sorry again for ur loss x

Goodness you’ve been through so much.. it always baffles me that women have to go through so much to get answers and diagnosis…! You’d think that these things would be screened as soon as the decision was made to go through IVF… I can’t help but feel that the whole process needs to evolve so much for the well being of women (and men) going through this. Wishing you all the very best of luck for your next cycle, keep up the amazing work you’ve done Xx

I'm so sorry for your loss. It is devastating.

You won't feel like it now (and might want to punch me if you could!) But in time hopefully you will see that getting pregnant is a huge hurdle that you have just overcome - so please don't give up hope. Xx

After my second mc I got immune testing and will be starting more medications before my next IVF as my NK cells and antithyroid antibodies seem to be affecting me. So it may be something to ask your doc about. Big hugs. Xx

Haha I definitely don’t want to punch you! Really appreciate your words and we can definitely see the positives that we achieved implantation this time round. I’d never seen a positive pregnancy test so it is progress.

That’s really helpful you sharing about your immune testing, it’s definitely something we will discuss at our follow up.

Wishing you all the best :) x x

Oh I am so sorry 😔 don't forget what I mentioned on my last comment, you have a great chance to succeed on your next transfer of you had a chemical 🤗 stick to that idea and remain positive. I can tell you from my experience. Take care of yourself 😘
