Our day 3 embryo was transferred this afternoon. It had divided well and was at 8 cells. They said it was “average” grading when I pushed for more info, but I’m still hoping it will pull through.
The official test date is 12 August, in exactly 2 weeks time. Though I have read that you can get a result 10-12 days after the transfer so I might try and sneak a test in early. My period is always like clockwork and due 8 August so if it hasn’t come by the 10th (which also happens to be my birthday) I thought I might test then. It might be a bit silly though, a good way to ruin a birthday!

Good luck for your day 3 transfer. I also had a day 3 transfer of an 'average' graded embryo back in Jan. I had low hopes after a day 5 fresh transfer of a good graded (4AB) embryo failed the cycle before. However this average embryo was my first positive. I am currently 28 weeks pregnant. Just wanted to let you know that grading isn't everything and average embryos can be the ones that work! xx
