What are your thoughts on having a tooth extraction 3 weeks before FET?

I had a tooth extraction a few weeks before FET (not sure how long before) and there was no issue. The dentist says that she has been removing teeth also to pregnant women (but appreciated that I took care of my dental health beforehand).

Thank you MofM. Did have to take antibiotics?

No, but that tooth got infected during the previous transfer and I had to take antibiotics. My IVF clinics said that there is a class of antibiotics that is safe in pregnancy (don't recall which one) and to inform the dentist, so she could prescribe it accordingly.

Ok thanks, I'll let the dentist know. My clinic told me I can have the tooth extraction as long as it's before the transfer and I can take antibiotics if I needed to.

I’ve had a tooth extracted while in the early weeks of pregnancy and my baby was fine, it’s nothing to worry about xx

Thank you Liana1989. It's the IVF anxiety kicking in :(

I forgot to mention that I will be on Aspirin. Is this a problem?
