Clexane for transfer

Hi all

For those who were given clexane (blood thinners) for transfer what dose were you on and how many days before transfer did you starting taking it? Did you stop on the day of transfer and then continue after?

I started a week before, 40mg. I am still on it, will stop at 13 weeks although doctor said I could continue...

Hi I was on 40 from about a week before and then on transfer day this was upped to 60, there is a chance it will reduce down to 40 again following positive hcg (currently in the 2 week wait).

I have been offered clexane for my next transfer so interested in this post. we are doing 3 cycle embryo freeze and hopefully transfers after all egg collections are done. I am worried now that if after an egg collection we get an unplanned fresh transfer put on us if an embryo is not good enough to freeze. Should I take clexane just in case this happens? Hmm. Same for progesterone I guess.

Is Clexane stored in the fridge? If so I could get in advance just in case and keep it for 3 egg collections if not needed. I just don’t want it to be in the house, can’t be refrigerated and it goes over 25 degrees, like the lubion did and it needs to go in the bin.
