Help, took meds late.

I'm in a total panic. I had alot going on the past couple of days and I was 4 hours late on starting the nasal spray today for fet. I had prostap and now on prognova and was meant to start nasal spray at 7am not 11am. I've kept up with other doses though so not missed one. Is this really bad? Have I messed it up?

Just mention it to your clinic, but if you’ve kept up with it since I’m sure it won’t be an issue

Hi Molly. Try not to worry, as soon as you realised you had forgotton the spray, you took it, so that's the best option, never double dose anything. You should mention it to your clinic too. Good luck! Diane
