I don’t think this looks like a miscarriage. There would be bleeding. You can have a missed miscarriage without bleeding but if you had passed the tissue there would definitely be blood. Your picture looks like pessary to me.

I know it’s hard in the first few weeks of pregnancy not to worry (I’m 11 weeks have had 2 scans and taken so many pregnancy tests) Try and rest have a chat with someone and hopefully you’ll feel better after your viability scan.
