Has anyone ever had a call from the ivf centre after 24 hours that their egg fertilized? I had eggs retrieval on tuesday at 2pm. They got 2 eggs. On wednesday i had a call at 4pm saying fertilzation had not occurred. I was devastated. I then got a call from my private doctor at 9pm to say i got 1 embryo. Do u think this is normal or suspicious?

I had this, late fertilisation on day 3 or 4. Then it turned into a grade c blastocyst. It's frozen atm and I'm not sure whether to use it. They said to me it sometimes happens.
