Burselin and muscle aches

I’m on about day 13 of burselin (downreg for an fet). I’m killed with shoulder and back pain, particularly my shoulders. It was so bad today I felt I couldn’t even have my bra strap on my shoulders. Has anyone experienced this on burselin or is it something completely unrelated?

Hi sorry to here that , I am on Buserelin too day 14 for me , I do feel a little aches but nothing like that , maybe phone the Clinc to ask , is there anything on the paperwork inside box that says it can cause it , I know there are probably loads of side effects I try not to read them , hope u get it sorted xxxx

Hi Rainbow. Sorry to hear about your shoulder pains. It is not one f the usual side effects of buserelin. I wonder whether you might ave a chill or something?? You could speak with your clinic to see what they advise. Alternatively you can safely take some paracetamol and see whether that helps, but no anti-inflammatories such as ibuprofen. Hope it soon settle down. Dane

Thanks Diane it’s settled a lot today. I did take ibuprofen tho. I didn’t realise I shouldn’t? What can that do?

I didn’t realise that. I won’t be having my transfer for another 2 1/2 weeks or so. Hopefully all will be ok.
