AF 😮

Hello I’ve just had AF after my injections, is it normal to have soooo much blood and clots I’ve never had one like this it’s draining me xx

This happened to me.... Second period after egg retrieval I was haemorrhaging! Ok, not quite, but honestly if I didn't change evey 40mins it bled down my leg, no joke hope you're ok, I often wonder if this depletes our iron levels significantly when our periods are like this xx

It’s horrible I’m so drained and tired 😑 never had or felt like this before xx

I’ve had anaemia from my heavy periods, I think it’s extra iron you need. I always have steak and lots of spinach before my period and load up on slow releasing carbs. You could still do this now and drink lots of water. Apparently water helps thin the blood so less pain. Plus a little bit of choc for sugar/energy levels never goes amiss 😊 x

Thank you it’s strange to me I’ve never felt anything like this off them I feel rubbish in myself and a lot of pain cx
