What was your Medrol protocol? Worried my doctor doesn't know what he is doing. Please help

Hi All,

Sorry for the aggressive title but I am nervous because my doctor doesn't normally prescribe steroids and I have pressured him into allowing me to try them after 6 failed FET's with DONOR eggs. They were all perfect PGS tested embryos. Its been absolutely devastating and I will be trying with my last embryo in November. My doctor has prescribed me to start taking the Medrol 12 days prior to the transfer for 6 days only under the following protocol.

Day 1: six 4mg tablets spread out from morning, lunch, dinner and bedtime

Day 2: five 4 mg tablets

Day 3: four 4 mg tablets

Day 4: three 4 mg tablets

Day 5: two 4 mg tablets

Day 6: one 4 mg tablet

I have been reading as much as I can on Medrol and cant find anyone who has been on this timeline/protocol. Looking for women to share what their Medrol protocol was both in terms of timeline and start date as well as amount taken and length of days taken for.
