Avoiding early testing

Hi everyone, I hope you’re all ok on this sunny morning.

I just felt like sharing this with you all...

I did an early pregnancy test (on day 6 from a 5 day transfer) during my 2ww and it came back negative. I was so sad and low yet this morning, on my actual test due day, I tested positive. 🤗

Now, I know we have a long way to go still, but my reason for writing is to say that if I went through this again, I would not be testing early. The heartache was unnecessary and wasted energy.

I hope I don’t come across as bossy or anything-I just want to reassure some of you.

Good morning!

Im on 4dpt and determined not to test early. Just struggling with distractions in the meantime.

My brain is in overdrive & can’t stop thinking about whats going on inside me 🤣🙈xx

You’re doing the right thing by keeping busy. It’s completely natural to have those feelings.

I listened to strategies for coping with the 2ww by @thisisalicerose - it was lovely. She’s doing another one on Monday (see via her website or Instagram)
