Unruptured follicles, LUFS

Is there anyone that has this happening to them? I get a follicle or two every cycle (cycle runs from 27 to 29 days, never missed one) . My RE monitors me through transvaginal ultrasound. By day 13 my follicle is about the right size, but when I go back around day 18, the follicle is still there! Like nothing happened ! My Clearblue opk showed positive smiley face. Everything dissolves once my period comes and it starts over again.

Hi Newsyy. Oh dear! Perhaps you need some progesterone to keep your womb lining thick enough, then the rest of the cycle will follow. Bit of a hormone imbalance I think. Could even need them draining before starting again. Hope all soon is sorted for you.
