SENSITIVE BFP 11dpt

Hi ladies, just wanted to give you an update. After saying that I wasn't going to do a home pregnancy test due to previous chemical pregnancies I caved yesterday and got a BFP (also tested this morning which is still showing a strong line). I'm having a blood test tomorrow so just praying that this one will stick,I'm trying my hardest to stay calm xx

All good here thanks. My 5th transfer that I had in February worked and I'm now in week 33 of my precious pregnancy. I didn't post an update as soon after I got my BFP and viability scan, all the IVF clinics started closing everywhere and the heartbreak on the forum was so sad that I tried to send messages of support rather than post my good news as I felt so awful for everyone whose cycles were abandoned. We literally got in and out of Spain before the county shut down. and were so grateful for it and felt it wrong to post while people were in pain.

We are deliriously happy and the pregnancy has gone very well so far.

I guess our third set of donors just worked for us!

Omg that is just amazing news, I am so thrilled for you and great to hear that your pregnancy is going well.

It has been very weird times and you were very lucky with timing, our transfer for April was cancelled and the waiting around was just unbearable, that's a shame though that you didn't get to share your exciting news with us.

We are on our second donor, she's donated once before and they had a successful pregnancy so fingers crossed. I'll look forward to your updates xxxxx

Congratulations, I have just read from your previous posts that your from Wolverhampton/staffs. Do you live Essington because that on the Wolverhampton/staffs border. I live in Walsall and I work in Cannock/staffs area. I am mum to a 11 month old through IVF although I did it all by myself. It nice to hear that people locally are using this site. Thank you it’s going well 10 weeks 3 days, we were gobsmacked it happened for us again. Didn’t expect to get that lucky. I saw the midwife on Monday for tests although she couldn’t get blood from me difficult veins that will be done at my scan 🤣 the booking appointment done over the phone. my scan looks like it’ll be closer to 14 weeks I was hoping it would be sooner, just want to see baby is okay then I’ll be able to get excited about it properly! Hubby isn’t allowed to attend only 20 week scan . ☹️ I’m glad it’s our second baby not first one feel sorry for the first time parents that’s so tough. Especially for those who really struggled to conceive. 😬

Huge congratulations I bet it was a big shock, a lovely one of course. Strange times isn't it at the moment when your pregnant or giving birth, I'm hoping by the time mine progresses things have improved a bit. I'm so glad I brought my flights forward.

I've had my bloods back and confirmed positive, levels very high at 1962 which is high for 13 days but so relieved.

Thanks hun, I took another test this morning and the line has got stronger so a positive start. I have been experiencing a bit of light bleeding though which was fine Fri as it was a good sign but now I'm a little worried, just hope it's because it's getting nice and snug xx

I know the best thing I did this time was positive thinking so far so good 🙏🏻

My scan is next Monday, it has felt the longest wait ever 🙈. I will be approx 7 weeks, 5 days then. My clinic prefer to wait until then for more accurate scan info. Just seems so long especially as they don’t do bloods. I am having strong queezy symptoms etc and continuing to have strong urine hcg tests so all looking good hopefully oh and no bleeding which must be a good sign.

So happy you have a positive result, will be thinking about you tomorrow. 2020 is hopefully looking up for us both 😘🌈

I know the 2ww is hard but that time between a positive test and a scan can be even harder, sounds like you are doing well though. Great sign that you are still great strong positive tests, I think I will test every week until scan. I wish you the very best of luck for Mon and look forward to your update.
