Oh no that’s not good, I’m managing some sleep but just waking up really early. I went for a walk after waking up this morning to take my mind off things but it’s hard!! I’m doing ok though thanks 😊 I’ve started cooking but that just means I have a lot of things that need eating so I need to find another distraction I think. Are you trying things to take your mind off it? (Not easy though I know) Xx

yes, I am trying to distract myself but finding it impossible to concentrate on anything else. Remote working is a complete disaster at the moment!!! I love cooking too, which is dangerous as I am eating constantly at the moment! Best of luck!! I am going to pop out for a walk now. Sitting at home does not help. xxx
