Congrats! I kept my feet warm with 2 pairs of socks and sometimes even slippers. I tried to keep busy but just mentally mainly. I had 200ml of pomegranate juice and 3 brazil nuts a day. Probs an old wives tale but it did the trick 🤣 good luck xx
