Got my results for first beta.

Hi everyone got my results for my first beta from last Friday I was 5 weeks and 1 day..my doctor told me it was 6178 what do you guys think??

The fact that it isnt really low is a bit of a positive but cant really say too much until you have another level to see that its rising. When do you get results back from your bloods yesterday?xx

Hey just got my results from yesterday it is 72 hours apart though so have to go in clinic tomorrow which is booked anyway. Today it’s 13672 asked about my progesterone and she said they can’t tell as I’m all ready on progesterone...xx

But it is 72 hours apart as I took the first one at the gp... is that still good? Still got to get my bloods done tomorrow at the clinic as they want it 48 hours apart xx

Normal rate is 48-72hrs doubling. The higher it gets it does tend to slow down and of course everyone is different. That's good they are keeping a close eye on you.xx

Hopefully your clinic can tell you what this means when you get your next results. That sounds like a big number to me, but I don't know what it's supposed to be at 5 weeks! And I imagine everyone's numbers are different. All sounding good so far, though!
