Hi, i did my BT yesterday and the result is positive. The HCG was 210 yesterday at 11DPT5DT. Is the number good ? Quite concerning cos i saw some women have higher HICG than mine at this stage. Should i be worrying ?

That's a good starting number and I'd be very reassured by that. It's not so much the number though as there is such a massive range of normal, and it depends when it implanted, as the consistent rise. Normally you would want to see a rough doubling over 2/3 days. You don't have to get them repeated but if you're worrying getting them redone will hopefully give you some more reassurance that everything's on track

Thanks. Sorry this is my first pregnancy so im not quite sure. Before this i had ectopic back in 2022. Traumatic experience. Thanks for the clarification 😊

No wonder you're worried - that must have been very scary. You can get repeat HCGs done at your clinic if they do them (not all do), or your GP or EPU may do them (especially if you've had a prior ectopic - you'd hope they would be monitoring you) but failing those you can get them done privately or online (I used Medichecks which took a few days longer as you gave to get them and return them by post, plus a bit fiddly doing them yourself, but you can get progesterone done in the same test and it was a good service).

I will be retesting on the 9 May to see the HCG progression. Hope this is the one 👶🏻✨

Mine was 79 on day 10 and then 636 on day 14 so as MrsO says it’s the progression that matters. I also did another test for my own peace of mind the following week and it was over 5,000. X

You mean you go to clinic to do BETA or you do HPT ?

I had BETA day 10, did HPT day 12, BETA day 14 and then smother BETA the following week.
