Our last frostie survived the thawing and the grade remained 3AB yayyy. I was worried sick and was expecting a call telling me that the embryo did not survive ππππ On top of that I forgot I needed full bladder (donβt know why) and I peed an hour before the transfer hahaha. I drank so much water for that one remaining hour that I almost wet myself while the doctor was putting my embryo in πππππ So lets hope will be third time lucky as we have no more Frosties... π€π€π€π€π
The only thing that concerns me quite a lot is the progesterone. Luckily we agreed to test it on the day of the transfer to be on the safe side. They want it over 50. Once my transfer was done the results came back and my levels are at 13 only π’ so from today onwards will be having 2 pressaries a day and 2 Lubion a day. Letβs hope this will help!

Luckily they checked your progesterone levels just in time β₯οΈπ«π I'm on 2 pressaries a day and 1 lubion injection not that my Dr thought it was necessary but I came on my period early last time so kind of pushed the extra dose. Hope you're feeling ok. Whens your OTD? Must be close to me xxx
When i think that they didnβt even think to test my progesterone... I have a history of low progesterone and I was keep telling them and I think this should of been one of the main concerns.... Anyway luckily we did maybe that the reason for all my chemicals....
I think is when you bleed while on progesterone they have to increase it with you next attempt. We are not supposed to have any bleeding while on progesterone x
You did your transfer on Tuesday isnβt it? They told me I can test next Friday but I donβt think I will wait that long.... ππππ

What was you taking before? I'm on one lubion a day and two pressaries now. Hopefully this will be enough for me. My Dr said Progesterone levels dont matter but after reading so much on here I highly doubt that! He was happy for me just to have Lubion but I pushed for pressaries too. I came on my period 7dpt last time so wanted more (last time I was just on two pressaries a day) yes my FET was Tuesday, does that mean I'm 2dpt today or 3 lol? How you feeling? Yes praying this works for us both π₯°β₯οΈπ«π
My gynaecologist back home told me a while ago I have low progesterone. I had two chemicals conceived naturally and never went further than 8 weeks.
I had fresh transfer in May which was a BFP and I had bloods done and progesterone was low again. I was on two pressaries a day and theyβve increased them to 3 but sadly I lost it.
I had a FET in August and I was on 2 pressaries a day and 1 Lubion every 3 day BFP again and chemical again.
This time I was on 2 pressaries a day and 2 Lubion every 3 days. And as of yesterday after the bloods and the transfer Iβm on 2 pressaries a day and 2 Lubion a day. Hoping that this will do the work.
I donβt know why they donβt take the progesterone more serious. At the end of the day thatβs the hormones which supports the development of pregnancy.

Wow, what an incredibly hard journey you have had. So many ups and downs π₯ I agree Progesterone seems massively important and Drs dont take it serious at all π€ I think in time it's going to come out and be obvious it plays such an important role. Ha you got me here. Iβve been taking meds with my both FETs so I guess yes. I started Progynova on day 1 of my January bleed and then once they were happy with the lining I started progesterone. I guess all FETs requiring medication are medicated ππ
I donβt trust the symptoms to be honest hahahaha Iβve already ordered some tests from Amazon hahaha all First Response I donβt trust any other tests π OTD will be 30th but I will probably start testing from Monday π€£π€£π€£π€£π€£ I know myself very well and I wonβt be able to hold it π

With my FET in August I got BFP on day 5 but very faint and then a digital positive on day 7.
I always try to get couple of days off but then I just go to work. Iβm a manager in a residential home for people with learning disabilities and challenging behaviour and sometimes can be quite tough xx
I remember your post and I myself know how important it is. I do agree it has to be taken more seriously as this is one of the main reasons for failed transfers xx
Congratulations babe!! And donβt worry about the low progesterone. I had the same issue on transfer day but they increased lubion and pessaries. I am now 27 weeks. Theyβll monitor it to a level theyβre happy with. Best of luck!!
Maybe thatβs their protocol but my clinics was very concerned about raising my progesterone levels. I am a slow responder so maybe thatβs why. Perhaps talk to your consultant. Is this through a clinic or through the nhs?
I noticed things were done so differently when I went through the clinic via nhs and when I went directly through the clinic. I do think that the increase in lubion and pessarries twice a day sounds like a good dosage increase and that might be all that you need. If youβre worried ask to speak to the consultant at your hospital and voice your concerns. Fingers crossed for you babe xx
One of the consultants did my transfer anyway and she said the dose they are increasing will be more than enough. So I think I will just trust them and see what happens πππ Thanks hun xxx

I find the 2ww the most stressful part of the process haha. Actually the wait time know if your last embryo has thawed is another nerve wrecking thing πππ π

Just wanted to share that your levels sound similar to my last FET but my progesterone was even lower at 9! I got the 2 Lubion the day after transfer but they did their trick and I was up to 140 two days after. I also got my first ever BFP that cycle. I hope Lubion does the trick, wishing you all the best!
Aww that gives me so much hope! I want to think that my chemicals were all due to the progesterone levels. I have 2 chemicals with confirmed low progesterone levels so letβs hope they finally found what the matter was...

Lubion and cyclogest (I was on 3 x Lubion + 4 x cyclogest daily!)were not enough for me. I had to switch to prontogest progesterone in oil injections which hurt as they're intramuscular but it boosted my progesterone massively! Have them check your progesterone levels again in two days time. Do the blood tests precisely 2 hours after your Lubion injections so you get an accurate reading. The lowest my clinic ever want to see progesterone level is 60 but they always push it to over 100 to be on the safe side. 13 is low and I'm praying Lubion is strong enough for you. It is really low I read quite a lot and 13 is real bad. The thing is that Iβve asked the consultant and the nurse for another blood test and they were βthere is no need to do that we are increasing it quite a lot and we assure you this will be enoughβ. So I have to trust their opinion and just wait and see.
Up to you. You are paying for the test and if you want it tested you have every right to do it. As long as you won't always wonder what if of heaven forbid this transfer doesn't take.

Mine worked last two times as well but unfortunately both ended in chemicals. I had another 2 chemicals before where I didnβt get any further than 8 weeks.
Letβs hope the progesterone is the one that will help this embabie to stick! We are like tripling the dose now so letβs hope this will be the one!

DONT WORRY! I was tested on transfer day, my clinic like above 100 (high I know) and mine was 64, so they started my on pesseries twice a day (anally). I am already on patches every other day, A vaginal pill three times a day and a vaginal gel twice a day and the progesterone in oil injection. Just adding the pesseries made my progesterone double in theee days!
My clinic said there is a reason they check on transfer day β€οΈ. Good luck and I hope the added medication works sweetheart xxx
Mine donβt really check. Itβs one of the nurses who suggested that and I asked them twice if we should do it. They told me there is no need but if I insist we can. Thank God I insisted. The only thing that concerns me is that they wonβt check it again but just wait for OTD.
