Failed Cycle and bleeding 😢

Hi all sadly my cycle has failed. The clinic confirmed this due to the heavy bleeding and clots (sorry TMi) I’m having. Does anyone know long this usually lasts for? Is it like a normal period time wise? It’s a lot more painful and heavier so I’m hoping it doesn’t last weeks.

Sending you lots of love Rebecca2384 , this process can be so bloody tough and unfair. I have found the bleed is normally a bit longer (maybe a week and a half?) and heavier. Take the time you need to grieve, look after yourself, drink wine, eat chocolate and take some time out for you. Hope you're feeling better soon xxxx

I can empathise how you are feeling. I had a negative result this morning on our first ivf cycle. Devastating. I’m sorry I can’t answer your questions as I haven’t started bleeding yet. Just hope you are ok. I guess we need to process it and then keep looking forward. Thinking of you and all others who are struggling xx

Sorry to hear this. Life is tough at times. In my experience my bleeds have always been heavier but no longer, so normally tail off after about 5 days. xx
