I'm currently in my 2ww and only 3dp5dt. Out of curiosity when did you first saw a positive after 5 day transfer? Did you test your trigger out? Xxx

With my fresh cycle I was 9dp5dt and got a definite bfp but that was twins and I later lost them, this time I had FET Tuesday and the 2ww crazies are setting in already! X

The 2ww is the worst x if your on a fresh cycle defo don't test too early as I think it can take over a week to get the hcg trigger out your system.

I had 5day fet done this time and I got a positive test maybe 7 or 8 days post transfer... Buying tests to keep at home was the worst thing I did as the temptation was too easy to test.

Yeap true. This is my 2nd round, with the first didn't get to transfer. And OMG the 2ww is the worse. I got some tests in my bathroom drawers and every time I go there it's like I can hear them calling me "take me take me" 😂😂😂😂

I waited for my OTD which happens to be today and happily we got a positive result! I won’t lie For the past 2 weeks I have buried myself in work and last week I ‘tested’ using an ovulation strip .. this window makes you do crazy things! I know it’s easier said then done ,but try to hang on until OTD x

I somehow managed to keep myself really busy and held out till test day which was 11dp5dt, when I got a decent positive. I think your trigger can last up to 13 days so definitely try to resist testing early. Good luck x

The trigger injection gives false positive pregnancy tests because has the hsg hormone in it. So this hormone stays in your system sometimes up to 14 days after the injection. So i was testing from few days before transfer and few days after transfer untill i got negative pregnancy test which means my body is clean from the last injection and if i get a positive result won't be because of that injection. Hope it makes sense 🙈xxx

Its just to have the pattern from few days in a row so you can clearly see the line is fading until completely disappear.. I had few days off from work and that's what happened when you have nothing else to do 😂😂😂😂😂😂xxx

It's all my friend's fault. We had round in January at the same time and luckily she got pregnant she was testing the trigger out saw from somebody of another support group. And I'm like hmm let me do that as well hahahaha Keeping myself busy with nonsense hahaha

Try to wait as long as you can honey. If you test early and get a positive you'll be going crazy not sure if it's from the trigger and if you get a negative you'll drive yourself crazy thinking maybe, just maybe it's too early. I know it's tempting but I'm pretty sure if you do you'll only feel worse xxx

I tested 7dp5dt and got a strong positive. I only tested because i had diarrhoea and vomiting all weekend and thought it hadn’t worked! Try and wait as long as you can! Xxx

The 2ww is horrid. So hard indeed. Full of wonderment, excitement and fear a. For me I couldn’t bear to rest until at least day 10 when hopefully be more certain. Couldn’t bear to see a negative and then to wonder if it could change and then poss not. Just my feelings of it but see a lot of ppl who test from day 5. Do what u feel is best hun. 🤞🤞🤞 for u. Definately get a first response if you do, I bought those cheap tests off Amazon and there was a line but it made me nervous cos it wasn't clear, then when I took the first response it was clearly there..... If it's not positive though don't be disheartened a lot of people don't get a positive till a few days after, I think mine implanted straight away. Good luck for tomorrow 😘😘😘😘 xxxxx

5dp4dt for me. And i test out my trigger ever time too, I cant help myself. Frustratingly I get the same drug on FET days so i have to wait even longer to test those times 😣 at least i know my trigger is gone after 9 days.

Yeah my test is friday 10th at 8am then they'll ring me with the results a few hours later. I think they do it to check the levels as well for progesterone and hcg rather than just positive or negative then if they're concerned they will repeat them a few days later

Yeah, it can be helpful sometimes. I've had a previous miscarriage also which we think was related to low progesterone so the blood test will help determine if my levels are accurate

I always managed to wait until 6 days past 5dt which is 11dpo. Even then the line was faint and so I tested every morning until test day. It was nice to see the line getting stronger each day with my two successful pregnancies but horrible to see it faded with the two chemical pregnancies I had. You’ll need some cheap pregnancy tests which I got from amazon £5 for 5 and some digital clear blue tests for testing between your test day and your scan- this is so you can see the no of weeks pregnant going up as well. Not knowing what was going on was always the worst for me, testing gave me some piece of mind x

Hello, it was so tempting to test. I first tested on day 7 and got a negative day 8 faint positive almost no line at all, day 9 the same, day 10,11 got a positive, I used the dollar test in the beginning and of course didn't show much of a line, then when I got to day 7 I used first response and still got negative, day 8 very faint positive. Good luck!!!! Fingers crossed for sticky baby. I'm now 15 weeks 4 days pregnant.

I did an FET, so there were no worries about the trigger, but I still couldn’t bring myself to POAS (it must have been all those negative results when we were trying naturally- I just don’t want to go near those sticks anymore!) So I had bloods done at 10dp5dt, and then had to wait an extra 4 days for results. It was nerve wracking, but I preferred it. I hope you get your bfp hun!!!!

I didnt have transfers but i apparently conceived 7th February and a test on 8th March came back negative and 13th march positive.

That's 29 - 34 days!

I did a test at 4dp5dt and got a BFN and was so disheartened, 7dpt i got my BFP but and i am now 8 weeks pregnant with my little bundle. What i will say is testing early didn’t make me feel any better, i had a scan at 7 weeks and took for that scan for me to settle down and start to enjoy the pregnancy. Do what is best for you but i think right now is far too early and you will only upset yourself more. Keep busy . Best of luck to you xx

I first tested at 6dp5dt, fresh cycle, with a cheap stick from amazon, and got a very faint second line.. used the FRERs only at 9dp5dt, the day before OTD, and got very strong positive lines! Now I’m 14w4d 😊

I managed to hold out until 10dp5dt and got a good line. My tests didn't really get darker and my digital one never went past 1-2 weeks. Sadly miscarried at 6weeks. It's so hard distracting yourself through the 2WW but if you can, wait as long as possible before you do that test!

I tested 10dp3dt and got my bfp, but it was faint, and I kept on testing untill both lines were visible, I know 2ww is too much, but just try not to test early to avoid unnecessary stress of false negative, today is my 26pt, going for scan on Tuesday. Good luck my dear xx

Hi dear, my transfer was on the 9nth of April, I tested on the 20th of April, from there I tested on alternate day, but my hcg was very low, 1st 24 and repeated 24 after 2 days and the 3rd one dropped to 21, my 4th increased to 115, and the clear blue test yesterday said 2-3 weeks, and I also did the firs response the line was dark, im patiently waiting for scan on Tuesday, though im doing it through surrogate and egg donor after 6 attempts, hang in there 😍
