Had our 7 week scan today - was able to see a nice strong heartbeat & everything measuring as it should. So happy about that! 😅 xx

Aww, wow! Amazing news! I’m so happy for you 😊💕 I’m still over the moon about our result this morning but the worry about the 7 week scan kicked in pretty soon, I’m hoping the next three weeks go quickly! 🤞🏼🙏🏻 xxx

I know that worry - easy to say but try to enjoy this time and watch your body changing etc... I distracted myself with that and it really helped - but got nervous these past couple of days when the scan got closer. My hardest bit was realising that symptoms fluctuate day to day - it made me panic a couple of times! Have you done anything nice to celebrate today? Xx

Aww, that’s really good advice, thank you! It’s good to know I shouldn’t worry too much if my symptoms fluctuate too 😊 No, we were both in boring work! I’m a teacher so I couldn’t book a day off but we’re going to go out for a nice meal at weekend 😊 xxx

Good thank you. We had our 16 Week Midwife appointment this afternoon and heard mb’s heartbeat for the first time. It was magical ✨ I’m 17+1 today xx
