Hi! What help are you looking for exactly? NHS criteria are different in each area, so we probably can't advise unless you include your area/region. Have you looked at clinics in your area? If you want experiences of particular clinics I would just post on here and I'm sure someone on the forum will have had treatment there 
well guys I have been told there no NHS freebies, the whole service is privatised
