Ovitrelle/Ovidrel

Hello

Can anyone tell me more about Ovitrelle/Ovidrel please? (Is there a difference between them?! Couldn’t quite remember which the nurse said but sure it was one of the two!). The nurse suggested it might be useful for me (am on Clomid for polycystic ovaries, currently on cycle day 11 and due to go back to clinic for scan tomorrow to look at follicles).

Would be interested to hear of people’s experiences of it please, including when it is taken.

Hi Star15. Probably Ovidrel which is a hCG injection to release eggs into follicles. Depending on how many follicles and their sizes as to whether you have it. Hope all goes well. Diane
