Hi everyone haven’t been online for a while as been feeling really anxious but we had our 20 Week Scan on Tuesday and our little Babba is developing good and well - feeling so relieved and so lucky we are at this point. Hope this can give hope that IVF can work and sending you all lots of love and baby ✨✨✨ xxxx

Hi, did you get Mat B1 form after your 20 weeks scan?

Yes I got it on Tuesday after my scan - I did have to ask for it though otherwise I doubt I would have got it x

Oh thats the reason i havnt got yet. I will ask them in my nxt appt.

is that true that we need to fill and give it to employer before 25 weeks preg ?

Yes I think that’s right, but they don’t issue u with the form until your at least 20 weeks so it doesn’t really give lots of time does it? I submitted my maternity leave application today but need to give my manager my mat b1 form which I’ll do next week. When’s your next appointment? Might be worth contacting your GP i think they can issue the form x

Got appt with my midwife on 19th feb , i think i will be 26 weeks on 19th feb so its better to contact them before .
