Round 2 initiated!

Hi

AF arrived this afternoon! I probably should have waited until the morning but rang the clinic straight away to request ivf! AF arrived early, so I was really not prepared to be making the call and seems a bit unreal that I start injections on Friday! But this way it should mean EC before Christmas and ET just after!

I’m excited but also a bit nervous as well! Fingers crossed this round is a winner! 🤞

I have my first consultant appointment tomorrow, at this appointment, will he then say ring on your next AF? I'm so impatient and feel like I know nothing at the moment! xx

I guess if it is your first appointment then you may not have had any blood tests or scans etc? So you will probably need to do all that first. I think I had blood test, scans, then a follow up appointment a week later before I could start any treatment, my first treatment was iui and that was almost 3 years ago so it’s difficult to remember my first appointment really!

Sorry, should have made myself clearer! Already had scan, bloods urine etc with nurse, this is my first consultant appointment tomorrow. I should just wait seeing as it's only tomorrow, just desperate for any info! X
