Fertilisation Nos

Fertilisation nos are in. Of the 12 mature eggs 9 fertilised. We were told to expect 50% using frozen sperm so we are very pleased. Fingers are crossed that there are some strong contenders. X

Hi, that's fantastic news for you. Did you have ICSI? We are using a frozen sample for out DE round but weren't told there would be a lower fertilisation rate if we did. We are having ICSI so we're told that we wouldn't need to worry so much, now I'm a bit worried if there's a chance only 50% will fertilise. Xx

Yes we did ICSI. Our fertility issue is my DH had a vasectomy and although he had it successfully reversed in 2013 his tubes scarred over after 6 weeks. X
