Well after a horrific wait this morning we found out we could get one top grade embie transferred. Let the tww commence. Any hints and tips for the next two weeks.

I had my transfer today too 😊 it was a FET so our 2ww is only 10 days. Fingers crossed for you. 🤞🏻🤞🏻I've got no real advice for the 2ww it's just a hideous waiting game. Lots of love 💕💕

Good luck. Eat a slice of fresh pineapple (with core) for the first few days and Brazil nuts are meant to help too. Someone also posted on here the other day that she'd been told to drink a glass of full fat milk each day, which is a new one on me. In terms of making the 2ww go faster I would agree with the others who say keep busy. I was told lots of walking was good for you so I went away for a few days with my hubby and did things like going to the zoo and the seaside. Hope it doesn't drag too much!
