I used it just before and then after transfer, for the 2ww. It relaxed me and sometimes I even fell asleep (not sure that was the desired effect though!) x

Great I had the cd for naturally conciving but didn't use it to much think I'll go on now see if I can order the cd cause have no idea how I would download it on a Samsung mobile 😨😨
