Day 8 follicle size

Hello every one,

I had a scan on day eight it showed only one follicle of 1.6 mm . I take five days clomid for the first time. My age is 28. Is the follicle size is ok or ???????

Hi Biaa. The follicle needs to be 17-18mm before it is large enough for an egg to get into in readiness for you to ovulate. You may find that your doctor will increase the dose of Clomid you are taking for the next round, if the follicle doesn't mature enough. Good luck. Diane
