Wow... I just hope you haven't tested too early? Try and stay calm and make sure you have done the test the right day. Check with your clinic because if all is well you're on the next part of the journey now

Aww congratulations huni thats great news. My husband and I was in the same situation we thought it wouldnt work but miracles happen. Whens your test day? I was told to test 11 days after transfer not 14 like other clinics x
Congratulations xx does your clinic do blood test. If you are worried about chemical pregnancy a blood test will confirm HCG levels. It is unlikely to be a positive due to trigger shot as that would be out of your system. So looks like the real deal good luck.
Thanks both, Test is on Monday but we have the longest wait at 14 days. Everyone else seems to test from 7 days onwards after 5dt so hopefully at 10dp5dt we should be ok. Did the test yesterday and have had every symptom going over these 2 weeks so I'm pretty sure were ok, just feels so surreal it's worked when the odds were so stacked against ! Did you feel the same sum1sweeta? Xx

I tested too early and had a negative test then I tested a day before my test date (which was day 10 after 5 day blast) and it was positive .. I didnt have any symptoms apart from swelled boobs and bloating.what test did u use? Clearblue digital is the best. Im so excited for you.. keep me posted on your progress. . X

Sum1sweeta - I did 2 tests yesterday the first response and clear blue digital both BFP . 24 hours later tonight I've done a 3rd clear blue and still BFP xx

We did 6 or 7 tests... Buy stocks in pregnancy testing kits! And quit pinching yourself!

sounds +ve to me. the clinic willtell you next steps which will prob be a scan at about 7 weeks, that way they should be able to see the faetal sac and a heartbeat. congratulations x

Interesting to read about you having lots of symptoms. I felt so premenstrual before I tested (BFN) that I just knew it hadnt worked. I suppose it was only our 1st try and I was lucky to have 5 blasts frozen.

congratulations magic 80, i am really happy to see another success. just gives a bit more of a hope.i gues i am in a similar boat as u, i have low ovarian reserve and my husband has low sperm count. we are down for icsi aswell. my journey has just started. been on downregs since monday so still on the first step

Good luck Shirley, seriously don't lose hope. We even had to fight to get them to do our procedure as said not much hope so keep the faith there's miracles happening here and look at what katm123 said below too. It CAN happen even when odds are so high . Anytime you want to know about my husbands procedures il be happy to answer x

was there any specific procedure ur husband had to go through, did he take anything to improve his sperm or sperm quality??

Yes as he had zero count they performed an SSR (surgical sperm retrieval). There's an 80% chance of success where they go in and find 1000's sperm. Unfortunately we were the 20% and they only found 2 lone sperm which we froze. Then on the day they unfroze those plus performed another SSR. This was 4 months after the initial one and during this time he had stopped drinking and ate as healthy as possible. He is really healthy anyway but although marginal it made a difference and they retrieved 8 sperm which they then used to perform icsi with my eggs and all 8 fertilised ! We got 3 to blastocyst stage and 1 survived which is this little one which gave me my BFP ! So against all the odds it did happen for us xx

Big congratulations, that's amazing. We were told when our IVF was cancelled because we only had one follicle, and converted to IUI but only because it could be done within the cancellation cost not because anyone thought it would work that our odds we about 8%, and we have just celebrated our little ladys first b'day. My mum just kept saying someone has to make up that 8%!!!! I don't think I have ever felt so scarred as the moment we were called into the room for our viability scan, I was shaking, wobbly on m feet, I thought I was going to faint and I felt physically sick! To see that little heartbeat on the other hand..... well... there are no words! Try and enjoy you next few weeks. So pleased for you.xx
