Can any one tell me, is it possible for the uterus lining to thin even when on progesterone gel crinone?

Yes, unfortunately it can be the case, I believe. My experience was that I was on crinone and had a +ve pregnancy test, but at the 7 week scan, there was nothing there and the lining looked normal. When I stopped the crinone, the withdrawal bleed was fairly normal amount.
