Hi everyone, hope you’re all doing ok. I was wondering if anyone has considered doing or has decided to do NIPT after transferring a PGT-A tested euploid embryo. Would be really interested to hear your thoughts. Thanks in advance as always! x

NIPT after PGT-A
Hiya, congrats on your pregnancy! We had the Harmony test done at 10 weeks after transferring a tested embryo. We had a TFMR last year as we found out at our 12 week scan that our baby had Edward’s Syndrome and I was terrified of it happening again (although last year’s embryo was untested).
Also, our 12 week scan this year was actually at 13 weeks and I just wanted to know as soon as possible that everything was ok.
It was £400 but well worth it for us as we went into 13 week scan feeling a lot less anxious.
Whatever you decide - good luck! 💕🍀
No idea to be honest! Can’t you ask your clinic for advice? Our embryologists were very helpful at the time when they sent info about PGT-A testing, hopefully they can tell you at least if that test is 100% accurate or whether you’d still benefit from NIPT testing…
