Bright red bleeding 🩸 and severe abdominal cramps- have I lost both of them?

Just for a quick update, spoke to the clinic and they said to go to A&E if clots appear. Just went to the loo and found flecks of red tissue on sanitary towel. Bright red which obviously means I’m losing them. The pain is more severe than normal period symptoms and now I feel stupid for even thinking my body could produce a baby.

Has anyone lost just one baby after an early bleed? Or is it possible to lose both of them!

Thanks 😊

I will say though my friend was pregnant after a double transfer and sadly lost 1 foetus but she went full term with the other and her daughter is now 5 yrs old. I dont know the inside and out if whether she bled or not but dont give up hope until the docs give you a definite answer xxx
