Ubiquinol - anyone use it?

Hi all,

I have been reading this book "it starts with an egg" and it says lots of different things that we can do to boost the egg quality. One of them is the CoQ or the ubiquinol form. So i bought one pack and I was going to start using it. Not sure it helps tho but it's worth a shot i think. anyone using it? any suggestions or advice on that?

Hi I started taking it about 2 months ago but sadly because of covid 19 my IVF cycle was cancelled so not got the chance to see if its made any difference

However I am on the fertility network forum (also on health unlocked) and sooooo many people swear by it on there so its got to be good for some people at least. I take 2 tablets a day

the other thing people seem to take is DHEA - have you looked into that?

thank you for replying. Yes i have heard about that but but i did not really look into it much. I am not very keen to take supplements and or medication without GP approval. I am a bit reluctant in this. But since i have heard so much about the ubiquinol i might as well give it a try

Yes and it worked! Two miscarriages old eggs as I’m 40, took it for 3 months and I’m now 17+2 weeks xx

I’ve took absolutely everything lol I did conceive again 3 mths after my 2nd mc taking supplements but mc again. So did they work 🤷🏻‍♀️ maybe helped to conceive but I previously I conceived in 4&5 mths so dunno. I’ve just started taking dhea again I do have low amh so thought why not. I’ve had 2 chemicals Dec and last mth also I’m 40 don’t know if it’s my eggs just getting even weaker.

Thank you for replying. I don't know if it works, maybe, but i have read that helps boosting the quality of the egg. I am little younger than you, but still after my Mc i am losing hope and faith in my body so i am keen to try everything
