Since the covid is increasing, I am not sure if I can be seen by a Dr. So I am hoping there is one in this forum that might have an answer. I had a MMC 6 weeks ago, my 1st period ended 4 days ago and I am currently waiting for ovulation. Strips are giving me weird results. LH goes down than up again, it fluctuates. My 1st period came 32 days after the MC, counting miscarriage 1st day of bleeding as 1st day. Now, I always ovulated on the clock at CD 14 or 15,would it be possible since my 1st period was actually late then normal, that now ovulation happened so early that I missed it? I don't think so but who knows. Also, do you think the LH pattern can change within periods? I mean, is it possible that 1 cycle is different from the other? How can I be sure I ovulate? I just don't want to waste one month like this.

I am also tracking BT and this morning went up a little when it was supposed to go down - if it raises, ovulation has happened right? I am so confused atm, this cycle is so weird.

Suggestions please?? Feel low atm 😭

Hi, me again.

Sorry for your loss.

After every MC I have had my cycles have first of all taken about 3-4 months to calm down, but also (interestingly) completely changed each time! So my PMS changed, my Ov day changed and my cycle length changed.

I wouldn't panic too much about it now, it will settle into a rhythm again - but it may not be your 'normal' rhythm x

Hi there, thanks again for replying :) yeah i thought so and i know everyone is different. I try not to panic much and see how it goes. I don't want my cycles to change tho, they were soo regular before :) thanks, will see. I normally think too much about everything and this is the case :((((
