If you cannot get there for 6:30pm then don’t worry; just turn up when you can 😊 It’s a very informal group and a great place to get up-to-date information and support.
You will be joined by a clinical therapist who will be discussing lifestyle and nutrition in relation to fertility. This is a great opportunity to discuss general health and well being, healthy improvements to diet, keeping stress under control and natural ways to try and improve fertility..
