Starting IVF/ICSI cycle in a couple of months and feeling anxious

Hello all,

After 3 years of TTC and diagnosed with male infertility (very low count due to scarring after op), we are starting our IVF/ICSI cycle in a couple of months. I'll be 38. I am very anxious about the whole process, and the low success rate expected. We are paying for our treatment and i think this will be our only chance due to the high cost. Any tips on how to cope with anxiety?

Good luck!! Erm it’s very hard not to feel anxious but I can only recommend staying as busy as you can! Watch loads of films, TV series etc. Try a bit of relaxation and hypno? Perhaps acupuncture. All the best xx
