Hard lump early pregnancg

I’m 5 weeks pregnant, this morning I noticed a hard lump left side under my belly button. It’s not painful but I can’t help worry.

Spoke to the clinic today. It’s from my gonylpeptine - don’t know how to spell. 😂 They said it can leave a lump under the skin for several weeks after, you notice it more down the line. Thanks for the advice! 😊
