Test day tomorrow ... 2ww driving me crazy

Hi all Its officially my test day tomorrow ... I am bricking it.. I have had no symptoms except a few cramps on day 4. Nothing else .. scared it's not worked ... keeping my fingers crossed and trying to keep the millions of thoughts at bay. The 2ww is so hard, we should get a medal for this .. wishing all the other ladies on their 2ww the best of luck xx
