Stich pain just above belly button

I'm 4dp5dt and keep getting a stitch type pain above belly button , I also have a slight back ache today which is a new symptom .

Also, my legs feel like there going to get cramp, but never actually do. And I've been waking up with a slight headache too.

Are these good signs ??? I'm really hopeing so.

8 days till test day ☺️☺️☺️
