So I don’t have a copy (I’ll be back next week and will make sure to ask for it) but my doctor went over my results and what I recall is S3 (0.72) F1 which based on what I’ve seen you guys post here isn’t absolutely dreadful and could be reversed. Is that on track?

Based on that your liver is quite fatty and you have early stages of fibrosis damage. Both problems can be managed by most people with weight loss and exercise. A healthy lifestyle should be all you need to manage this but it is important to do it. Once fibrosis gets a strong foothold it is much more difficult to manage. Your doc can explain it fully. Good luck.

Thank you for the comment! Yes I’m 100% committed to turning it around, the S3 is higher than I expected but the F1 doesn’t seem too bad from my understanding so I’m hoping I can lower both of those with the lifestyle changes. I’m guessing the longer the S remains in the 3s and 4s the chances of the F going higher?
