Unexplained water blisters on hands and red rash on chest and neck

4 months now, I've had this red rash on my chest and neck. The top of my hands are covered in unexplained water blisters that get big, turn to sores, and then leave dark scars. I've had extensive labs, CT contrast scan, full cardiac work up, several urinalysis, and saw the dermatologist. No doctor can give me a diagnosis for this. I've always had some clubbing on my fingers as long as I can remember, but my nails show some curvature now. Gastroenterology said I show NAFLD on my chest CT scan but they said change your diet and see you in 6 months.

I've cried, worried, and went crazy not knowing what is causing this. It's as if no doctor can specifically diagnose me so they send me on to the next. Dermatologist did say I had keratosis pillaris on my upper arms, which I've always had. Other than my urine is dark reddish at times, they say my urinalysis is fine. I do wake up sometime at night and my hands are asleep.

Curious if anyone else has had anything like this and what suggestions you may have. 35yr old female, always healthy, bulging disc, is the only issue I've ever had before now.

That is such a challenging list of issues. Not helpful I know, but I don't recall anyone describing a situation like yours. By themselves one would think water blisters and an allergic reaction to something but infections also come to mind though you said you saw a dermatologist. It seems that you may need to be seen by some doc who deals in genetic issues. At your age the issues with the fingers suggest that route. If you live near a medical center you might find someone doing some genetic trials. Really just guessing here. Sorry not to be more helpful but those don't seem to track with the fatty liver issue.
