I take milk thistle three times a day. Also, fish oil, vitamin e, and vitamin c. Turmeric in my tea and on almost all of my food. Should probably discuss with your doctor before taking anything. ❤️

i tried milk thistle before, no that effective for me. I take Livolin Forte, this supplement work best for my liver recovery. I also take fish oil, vitamin C & E. Take care my friend ^_^

Too bad Liver forte is not available in the United States. I am trying different things. The vitamin E seems to help. Is pain in the Upper right quadrant normal and will it go away?

Brother how long you’ve had this upper right quardrant pain ? I would say loosing weight definitely helped me out. Is it permenabtly fixed ? NOPE but it’s way much better than what it was earlier. I also have been diagnosed with simple fatty liver.

Doctors say it’s muskuskeletol but I fail to believe that. My right rib is inflamed as compare to my left and I cannot donany of the abs exercise especially crunches. It just makes the dull pain come back for 3 days.

So your best bet is diet and loose weight bro. 2 months and your pain will subside 80%

Hi friend,

Thanks for checking on me. There pain was dull for a month then our neighbors bathtub water came into our tub and they had used some strong bleach chemicals I cleaned that up and it really made the liver area hurt for a week. Then this past Saturday really intense pain started that kept me up at night. The trouble with losing weight is I am become underweight. My height is 5 feet 8 inches 1.72 meters and my weight is 122 pounds 55.4 kg. I dunno what to do, thank you for your support. I wish you well too.

What is milk thistle?

It's a plant from which silmyrin is derived which some say helps the liver heal. But i read that it may not be all that helpful...
