That is an interesting study but it is limited so the best we can say is that it suggests that a more specific trial may be warranted. Liver chemistry is so very complex that the researchers have a hard job to sort out specific molecules. I have no personal experience with this one so the best we can say is we hope more study is coming. Remember, this was not a study, it was a literature review combining a number of trials so it is not as good as one designed to answer a question from the start.
Berberine is very good for normalizing BS and eliminating the cravings.
